The EthicsLink system is a web-based (and phone) system for reporting any suspected financial misconduct, including accounting and auditing matters, contract issues, fraud and securities violations.

The system is managed by the B3Workforce Company, which is completely independent of Company.

How it works: over the Internet or by toll-free telephone, you report any suspected financial misconduct. You may remain completely anonymous. As soon as you submit your report, the system will assign you a username and password which allows you to check the EthicsLink web site for a report on the progress of the investigation, usually within 48 hours, and provides a method for anonymous correspondence, should any follow up questions need to be asked by Company.

EthicsLink will then report the problem to Company, and Company will begin investigating the problem.
